The site was very easy to maneuver.

The gold is darker in color than I expected. Doesn’t match any of my other gold jewelry. Honestly really disappointed

Shipping takes a LONG time... one of my pieces broke the first time I wore it, but the other seem to be holding up nicely.

Very good value. I got the bundle even though I won't wear all the pieces - I now have a few gifts to give!!

Never got replacement

Jewelry is ok. Customer service makes the company’s value (to me) go way down. Everything shipped from China, returns cost more and are more trouble than the value of the pieces. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for faster shipping and it did not arrive when I was expecting it. The company refunded my shipping cost but did not make any effort to have my order arrive when I wanted it.

Basic pieces. Didn't know they came from China. Feel a little cheated by the advertising. Time will tell if the quality is there. Looks cheap at first.

I went to try a new waterproof brand thinking it might be as good as the other one and it broke within two days of my cousin wearing it.

The reason it’s not five stars is because there was a couple times I had to reload the page and then everything disappeared from my shopping cart. I had to go back and re-pick all my items three times.

Waited a long time for a first delivery that never arrived. Customer service was helpful in getting it replaced. Replacement arrived promptly. Bracelets in the order were so small they are not wearable.
