Never an issue

I get so many compliments on my pieces! Wear everything every day and love!

I have place 2 orders and mostly happy with my purchases. I wish the necklaces length were longer and one of my necklaces lost a stone within minutes of me wearing it.

Package came quick and each piece of jewelry was wrapped up nicely !

The site is easy to use

At first not so well, you would not honor offer Buy 2 Get 2 Free I saw when making purchase however at end of day Customer Service came through and I actually got credit and was able to take advantage of Buy 2 Get 2 Free!

Inconsistency in quality of items

Easy ordering and fast free shipping. One necklace broke immediately and I don’t know how to exchange it. Then an anklet broke.

My shipment came faster than expected and all the items are amazing!!

People had concerns about slow delivery - but I found my order arrived in very good time and in good order. I was excited to unpack, and have started incorporating pieces into my life and wardrobe!

Unable to cancel order or contact anyone. Scam company. Counterfeit products from China. Super cheap and ugly, not worth a penny.

I didn't know that I couldn't return earrings and then I got them and they have fallen out of my ears and didn't look like they did on the website and I wasn't able to return even the pairs that I didn't wear

I ordered these on a time crunch before traveling and was convinced I probably would not get them on time. BUT they came the day before I left! I was a little surprised that they came from China, but loved being able to track the package, as well as the clear emails. I traveled to somewhere very hot and humid and the jewelry held up amazing. I was recommended Louise Carter by a friend and will now pass it on to others. And, I look forward to future sales like the bundle!

One of the stone has fallen off the ring mount and prongs keep snagging on my clothing.

Every thing was great. There was a glitch in my first order where a piece got left out of the bundle, but the company responded immediately and sent the missing earrings out immediately.

Love the design of the pieces but the color is almost a mix of copper and lime. Doesn't go well with any of my other gold pieces.

Unfortunately some of the items I bought were quite different in real life than pictures. Not the same color. Much more brass than gold. Also 2 of the bracelets are so small I can’t wear them and I have relatively thin wrists and hands. Way too tiny . The adjustable bracelets are fine though and pretty.
