Easy ordering and fast shipping!

A lot of options!

First shipment got sent to California and I live in Florida. Took extended amount of time to be delivered.

The best jewelry super easy to dress up or down and its great quality.

Terrible material, awful quality. Every necklace, bracelet and anklet broke after wearing less than 24 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 85.00 down the drain.

I got six items when I paid for seven I ordered a silver necklace and a gold necklace. I got two gold. I’m very disappointed as I was telling people about how awesome your jewelry is but I get no customer care service. I’m not satisfied and I am not going to recommending you guys to anyone or coming back to you cause you haven’t made anything right for me unfortunately

The communication about the order and when to expect shipping and delivery was not very clear. The delivery service left the box in the middle of my driveway, not on the porch. We could have ran it over.

Lot of pieces for cheap but the quality of the stuff is pretty mid and does not look as advertised. Highly disappointing

Love the pieces. I hope they last. They come in in different gold colors so the darker gold looks extremely fake, unfortunately. I will not be wearing some pieces for this reason.

There was nothing indicating that the items were coming from over seas at the time of purchase. The order took far longer than expected to arrive. The quality of the items is not as expected.

I can't wear the earrings bc they irritate my ears and it took forever to get here.

I was not happy with my outreach being cancelled because I didn’t respond same day. You did make it right in the end with store credit, but the time/emotional labor involved won’t come back/is gone.

Honestly had a great experience. I kept seeing a lot of ads for Louise Carter and was skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true. Everything they said is honest! Love all of the 7 pieces I got. Will definitely be buying from here again!

Love the jewelry. Unfortunately, I already lost the infinity bracelet with my initial...it kept falling off. Also the Fae tennis bracelet has a sharp piece that has snagged several pieces of my clothing. Other than that, I really like the quality and look and plan to buy more.
