I've loved shopping at Louise Carter recently, their jewelry lasts, doesn't tarnish, and it's reliable in the water or sweating in. I do wish there were more size options for rings ex. (size 5 ring).

The emails back and forth on an order they actually messed up because they kept an out of stock option as an option, then left it on the consumer to pay the cost to return the item, was enough to solidify I’m no longer a returning customer. The quality has significantly gone down in the jewelry as well.

All the pieces I received feel and look cheap, and they come straight from china. The celestial ring is the worst of them all -it looks like one of those plastic rings for kids from a girls jewelry kit (you know which ones I’m talking about). I’m not a gold person so I bought everything in silver thinking it would be better after all the terrible reviews I read about the gold color looking bad. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Shipping took a while but everything ordered arrived. Box was a little crushed but probably from shipping.

Don’t be deceived! The jewelry is not as pictured. The marketing and advertising is great but you receive the jewelry it looks so cheap and when you try to return it their return policy is outdated. This company is sketchy and a scam!

Poor quality jewelry from China, returned what I could. Necklace cheaply made and came broken and couldn’t return earrings due to poor quality even though I didn’t wear them. Would not buy from this company again.

Overall the items look cheap and are made in China. The gold looks fake because it's so yellow, and items broke the first time I wore them. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

The gold is too yellow. It does not look good with my skin tone. I have sent two emails requesting to return it for a refund and I have yet to hear back.
