Shipping took a long time since it came from china and one of the bracleets broke the first hour into wearing it

Helpful quick customer service.

Love the jewelry. Unfortunately, I already lost the infinity bracelet with my initial...it kept falling off. Also the Fae tennis bracelet has a sharp piece that has snagged several pieces of my clothing. Other than that, I really like the quality and look and plan to buy more.

Jewelry is not very well made, broke easily both my bracelet and anklet suddenly broke and fell off and I don’t even realize it.

They were kind and quick at answering questions.

The only drawback was my first LC order arrived in less than 2 weeks... my second took over month with no updates re: tracking so it was nerve wracking.

Customer service was outstanding even after I changed my mind. I appreciate their professional. Now if I can figure out how to put them on, everything will be fine

I feel this company is a fraud as it advertises. It's a USA base company. It took forever for the Jewelry to get to me once it got to me. The quality was obviously from China and nothing like the pictures. I then had to pay for postage to send it back so I was out of pocket 10% of the purchase order as it cost me over eight dollars to send it back.

Some pieces are not at all what they are advertised to be. Shipping took almost a month.

thier customer service is great. the 10 for 100 discount wouldn’t work but i emailed them and they handled it. also one earring wouldn’t latch fully and they sent me a replacement within about a week. love this brand!

I loved my items and got compliments from my friends and family so I ordered more as gifts.

It was difficult navigating the products as you placed them in the cart.

I will definitely be buying more accessories. I enjoy fishing and since wearing all my jewelry through salt water, everything looks great! No tarnishing from the salt water, no rust and NO TURNING GREEN!

Some pieces are better quality than others. Overall, they are cute.

Expedited shipping… no. Took 21 days. I had to reach out multiple times for support,,, with a lack of it. Jewelry is great though, once you get it.
