I’m not sure if this was my fault or not but I got some duplicate orders and I did not mean for that to happen. The tennis necklace and hoop earrings were dups. I would have selected something different not the same product. Can exchange them?

I absolutely love all the necklaces and bracelets. Wish the earrings had been a better shape but I will definitely order again.

Great and quick delivery

Website design makes it easy to browse through the products, quality photos show exactly what you're getting and multiple photos with each product really help to understand how it's going to look when worn. Not too expensive but the quality feels higher than what you'd expect for the price. These are pieces I'm proud to wear and want to keep nice. Thanks!

Just disappointed in the products - not the quality as advertised.

Box was trashed and ripped. Some items were great but some so cheap and wouldnt wear. Wnat to return 2 of 8 but cant be bothered. Also the chain I like but looks fake. Not very gold more dark flat gold/brownish than shiny. The thicker pieces have more shine and look more gold and real. . But so far no green or rust.

I received some pieces that didn’t fit or the quality was not what I had expected and was able to resolve the issues promptly. I would say that I’m not in love with their return process, but I understand for a small business. It’s definitely not something that would turn me away from purchasing with them again. Their customer service was friendly and maintained quick and easy communication.

A few items broke right away. Otherwise the delivery was fast and the items beautiful.

The shipping details were confusing and did not give me a specific delivery date.

Liking my treats just wished it came to me sooner.

The pieces were not what I was expecting. Most of them looked cheap and low quality. The gold ones were sooty and some of the rings were rough.

I've loved shopping at Louise Carter recently, their jewelry lasts, doesn't tarnish, and it's reliable in the water or sweating in. I do wish there were more size options for rings ex. (size 5 ring).
