Quality pieces

Very nice packaging and quality was as described. Shipping does take awhile though.

Delivery took over a month. Small no back earring too big and don’t stay in. The small hug earrings are big and clunky. Not impressed. The one positive is that the metal is not reacting in my ears.

Definitely not my cup of tea. Lesson learned—I won’t be buying jewellery advertised on Instagram again.

Love your pieces. Good quality so far! Shower with them and have worn in the pool

Jewelry was fine for the price point. Looks more brassy than gold, have not had it long enough to address whether or not it tarnishes.

Some of the pieces have been great others not so much. They have broken or have tarnished within days of receiving.

Quality was not what I expected. I have small wrists and I can’t get the silver bracelet on. The starfish earrings were meant to be 2 pair and I only received one.

Prompt customer service!

Customer service was incredible when I messaged them about a couple sets of earrings I purchased were not sitting right in my ears. We went back and forth, they asked for details and pictures to try and help me. It turned out my ears were just too small for these types of earrings, and I was given 110% of my order back in store credit. I was so excited, I did the current deal they have and got 7 different pieces of jewelry. Would definitely order again!

Items are great looking however one of the bracelets broke almost immediately.

I’m disappointed I’m buying stuff from China, I didn’t know about that, and the gold is already rubbing off on one of my pieces, the birthstone ring. I feel like I was sold something entirely different than what the experience was.

My overall experience was just okay. I wanted to love the jewelry, but it felt more like costume jewelry than I expected for the price. I also value a good return policy, and this one was disappointing. Since items ship from China, customers pay return shipping unless they accept store credit. While that may work for some, I prefer the option of a refund. There’s room to improve both the quality and the return experience.

No refunds or exchanges on earrings. Didn’t know this before purchasing. Also u have to pay for shipping for a refund so its not even worth it

Shopping experience itself was good and shipping fast but jewelry pieces have a definite brassy look to them rather than gold. This is not apparent at all in photos which is deceptive.

Love everything and since I live at the beach, I never take anything off. I will order more but so sadly, the anklet I loved so much broke the first night. I did sleep in it but I always do. Bummed me out but I do love your product and can’t wait to get more
