Love all my pieces just wish they arrived sooner!

Love it! Shipping felt like it took awhile tho. Luckily it came before my birthday 🎉

Orders took a while to get here and pieces were just thrown together in the little plastic bags. Some pieces were okay and some were nicer than expected and some were just meh.

I also had a problematic experience with my moon necklace (unlike the herringbone the claps broke off and I couldn't salvage it's beauty so it's been lost)but I otherwise love love love the quality so far. I just wish the quality of claps was as durable as I foresee it's overall tarnish. Thank you. I wish I could replace my bracelet and moon necklace because I chatted the set with so much hope. I'm overall on love with the rest of the pieces ❤️

I expected more quality of the products. Low quality, some pieces changed color.

Many options to chose from, unfortunately they didn't work for me so I'm out $100 for product I can't wear.

Earrings were loose, gems fell off the first day of wearing a ring, and a piece came broken

Rings look quite brassy and I was given double rings - not sure if this was an accident or not. The shipping process took over 3 weeks which I was not happy about. I couldn’t get in contact with anyone over the phone and everything was so automated so it made the process harder. In addition, the shipping company is on a Chinese website so when I went to track my order it was extremely unclear. I ended up changing the order to have to be dropped off at a family members house just so I could get i

Loving all the items so far. One bracelet came apart, but the refund was quick and easy to get. So far? The entire experience has me coming back for more.

Shipping was slow

The website has some areas where intuitively I wish it was easier to navigate via mobile. I had issues modifying my cart when I wanted to remove an item and add an alternative. There’s no option to hold select on your phone and delete it, you have to change the quantity to 0 to proceed. There’s some other view / window issues in the mobile experience that make purchasing a bit clunky. I also was surprised at the shipping as my items arrived in a crushed flimsy box both times.

It couldn't have been easier! I'm not easily and impressed, but once I received the first order, I knew I would be a repeat customer

Very long transit times with limited view of tracking - there was a 2.5 week span where the package status had not updated and I was unsure if the package would ever arrive. Packaging was delivered completely dismantled & contents inside were messy/folded. Some of the pieces do not feel entirely of high quality and the rings were much smaller than anticipated (although I believe to have purchased the correct size). I am disappointed in my purchase.

The items came quickly, and are great quality.
