This was my first time shopping jewelry online and I was a bit skeptical to be honest. Customer service was awesome when it loaded a different address than the one I wanted sent to. When I had questions about the shipping they promptly responded and I got my earrings a little over 2 weeks from when I ordered.

Overall it was a 4-star experience… just disappointed with one piece I had for a gift

Items were exactly how they appear in the advertisement and came in sturdy packaging that can be used to store the pieces in if you want to take them off.

I made a mistake with my order and had to return a few things. They were great to work with confirmed and clarified the exchange.

It took them along time to get to my house to, It seemed like they were held up in China along time, plus I thought that they were made in the USA, but nope, China

Total scam. Super cheap material, shipping takes forever because it’s from China, not LA. Irritating to skin.

The earrings are pretty but not worth the wait. Especially since it wasn’t delivered in the estimated delivery window

I received my order right away and the jewelry came in nice packaging.

I like how you stand by your products so there is basically no risk.

It looks fake! Color looks like cheap fake gold. It feels expensive but looks extremely fake. For what I paid very unhappy with this product.

It claims it's waterproof but the silver started turning.. the gold I didn't try because I got it as a gift.. kinda disappointed in products

Items are great quality. Shipping takes a while.

Took about 6 weeks and a couple of emails before I received the earrings and then I could not wear them because they will only work for someone with extremely thin ear lobes.

Jewelry ordered arrived quickly and I was informed of my order status from confirmation to delivery date expected. I love that each piece of jewelry, is packaged in their own small ziplock bags, I will reuse use these bags to store my pieces when traveling.

Love the other jewelry i have gotten just didn’t care for the curved earrings.

Very happy with all of my purchases. Had one necklace break at the clasp and customer service was awesome - sent a replacement right away.

It’s been a month since I placed my order on April 28th, and I still haven’t received the item or any meaningful updates or solutions. The only information I’ve been given is that the order has been flagged, but I haven’t received any updates since May 21st. Today is May 28th, and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive.Bad business

Overall I love my jewelry but one necklace did break when I first tried it on.
