Earrings are very difficult to get in and do not stay put!! Bad bad design! Do not recommend!

I’ve emailed the support group 4 or five times with no response on how I’m disappointed with my order

While I was sad that the delivery took longer than expected (I think Amazon's delivery ruined everyone's expectations) I am happy with the overall experience.

I prefer silver, but the selection of silver jewelry is limited compared to gold.

Really disappointed in pretty much all of the products.

Delivery takes a bit, but it’s worth it

Does not look like real gold jewelry. The coloring is really off and super yellow - especially the beaded necklace. I can’t wear it with my real gold jewelry because it looks so off. The link bracelet was already tarnished on the inside where they connect when I opened it and the three stone ring has loose prongs that caught on all my clothes. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Quality so bad I had to throw the entire order in the trash because I would be embarrassed to wear any of it in public it looks so cheap. I never write bad reviews but this is so bad that it’s predatory. The quality level is NOTHING like advertised. The gold plating doesn’t even cover the jewelry everywhere. There are large areas with no gold plating that are just exposed dark grey metal. The coating that is on the item doesn’t even look like gold. It look like brass or copper. They bank on the

It was mostly good but the day after I bought stuff there was a way better deal for 5 pieces of jewelry for 100$ and I had just spent that on 3

Customer service was very quick to respond, very understanding and they offered to either refund me or store credit. I really wanted to like the pieces so I code store credit. But when my second C order arrived, all the “gold pended” again arrived very dark and looking tarnished! The customer service is amazing but the pieces are just not what they are skating online. They arrive looking old and used. I gave up. Will just not order again

A lot of pieces were damaged upon arrival but amazing quality.

My anklet and one of my necklaces broke the first time I wore it. I was not even rough with them.

good pricing but 2 items broke same day of wearing

The quality of the other items are ordered was not what I expected low average. I wanted to return, but they don’t do that so I got some kind of $40 discount which I would’ve rather have a moment back but they don’t do that either so something you should know.

We need more options cause what they show on the people/models. A lot of it does not appear to be available for purchase.

I wear my jewelry. It’s has held up throughout my day. The test has been me wearing it while at work be it that I have a physical job. And they are holding up. Really like the pieces I have. And can’t say enough about the CS. Quickly responded and fixed the issue. Appreciate that.

Bracelet and my anklet broke a day after wearing it. I scratched my ankle and it literally snapped. I'm pissed because I spent close to $90 on this order and thought that they would last at least a year and then they break within the week I buy them. Really unsatisfied with this.

Just eh. Some chains were tarnished looking and clasps weren't high quality at all. People would notice they aren't real gold.

My first order never arrived due to (oddly) incomplete address; appreciatively, this was dealt with through very prompt & personal customer service. The second order took 2 weeks to arrive. Happy with all 7 pieces!
