A pair of earrings arrives with chips in the paint and I requested a different pair knowing that the way those are made, they'd likely arrive chipped again if I just got a replacement of the same item... they would only let me exchange and those [Rhoni Drop is what I believe they're called] replacements surely arrived with chipped paint again. Like chipped gold Christmas ornaments. I like my other 6 items though and at least they're responsive.
