I was furious with Boat Max at first bc my shipment was showing as delivered but it had been intercepted and sent back to the store due to damage to the package. They replaced it and sent me another kit without any extra charge and was very forthcoming with what had happened. I only give 4 instead of 5 stars bc the oil filter included was the wrong size.
