Very Disappointed with sample pack won’t be buying again

Lovely fabric. Affordable and never disappointed 😁

I normally love it but I’ve been warned after so long they loose interested in giving you the good stuff and start to not give a dam what you get and they miss things out so on and so on I’ve always given them good feed back but now I’m seeing what the other older customers are saying . You really should give every customer the best service you can because at the end of the day they are your bread and butter you start to flag and you loose valuable customers please sit up and take note !!!

Maybe consider at least one cotton material to make something with

Excellent service. Very reliable, good updates and easy to track. I often use pound a metre for my sewing supplies and the parcels usually arrive within a few days.

Placed an order and waited over a week with no response on email or instagram about when it was going to be dispatched until 2 days after it was finally shipped. Took almost 2 weeks from order to receipt with no communication between. Was my first order and probably my only one now.

Very pleased with my overall shopping experience with the exception of wrong colour material with one order.

Delivery isn’t the fastest but the kit reliably arrives so that’s just fine.

Delivery took almost two weeks. I emailed for an update and did not receive a reply. I called several times and it always went to answer phone. I left two messages and no one called me back. I’m sorry to say the customer service was nonexistent until they were notified by the courier that they had delivered my parcel.
