I'm a new customer and only ordered 2/3 times. A £15 bundle for 30 meters had nothing in it i'd use very dissapointed with that. In the same parcel i ordered 3 pieces of viscose dress fabric, but got 1 incorrect item sent. I emailed to ask for return instructions and was told the address and ask for the proof of posting and the cost. As the return cost is to be reimburst as it was their mistake. I promptly sent it and sent a photo of post office counter with return label printed on the package.

Dreams fabric sent my items out, normally it has Pound a metre. Disappointed with the fabric I received ( I know if was on offer, free if you spend so much) but it was see through fabric. Normally you get a nice selection and you can work with some of the fabric. It had marks etc, it looked like it was reject fabric. Stuffing wasn't as showen online, overlocking stitches throughout it.

They are just throwing the fabric that is not selling to their bundles. There’s reason why they bundle, you can’t even use it. Not even a single polyester or cotton in the bundle. Waste of money.
