Another great bundle of fabric. Excellent value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

Placed an order and waited over a week with no response on email or instagram about when it was going to be dispatched until 2 days after it was finally shipped. Took almost 2 weeks from order to receipt with no communication between. Was my first order and probably my only one now.

Very pleased with my overall shopping experience with the exception of wrong colour material with one order.

Delivery isn’t the fastest but the kit reliably arrives so that’s just fine.

Delivery took almost two weeks. I emailed for an update and did not receive a reply. I called several times and it always went to answer phone. I left two messages and no one called me back. I’m sorry to say the customer service was nonexistent until they were notified by the courier that they had delivered my parcel.

I had the same fabric in the premium bundle and the cheapest bundle that was less than a quarter of the price. Also, some of the fabric had this red powder all over it, the fumes made me sick, I hoovered it up and now it’s dyed my filter. Can only image what it’s done to my washing machine. Most of the fabrics can’t easily be used for dressmaking at all and the premium bundle was definitely not premium at all.

Usually I am pleased with the fabric I buy from Pound a Metre, but this time honestly it was a waste of time and money.
