Phone support was OK, didn’t do a great job of walking me through non-standard installation on our Dodge truck. I had to find a crappy YouTube that turned out to be more accurate than the phone help (regarding which bolt to loosen on the rear leaf spring shackle mount) and after all that we still had to invent an own install technique. Was initially thinking about returning the kit but the policy of being charged for shipping in both directions with return helped me decide against that (which actually turned out to be a good thing in the end, but not because I think that’s a good return policy).
