Great experience, from ordering to delivery

Overall, a very disappointing experience. The delivery was mishandled (boxes thrown and no doorbell notification), and the meat arrived mostly thawed, with some packages not properly sealed. I did not feel it was safe to consume. Customer service after the fact was poor and unhelpful, with no reasonable resolution offered. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Delivery was great and on time. It was a little later in the day so I emailed them to make sure that I wasn't missed. Almost immediately, I received information back saying my order would be delivered in the next few hours. great customer service .

I wish someone had notified me when they left the package in front of my condo door. I have no idea how long it was sitting out there and I was home all day. also, is there a way to send back the insulation and gel packs so you can reuse them?

Selection was easy and prices are very good, and this is a fresh product. Delivery instructions need updating so that drivers can complete deliveries. Add a section for buzzer code because the driver does not look up names on the resident board available in the lobby.
