When I purchased a trigger kit I paid extra to have it shipped to me express. The day before it was scheduled to be delivered I got notification that it would be 2 more days before it was delivered. I emailed takedown tools and they reimbursed the shipping charges. Would have given 5 stars had they emailed or reached out letting me know. Still great customer service to reimburse no questions asked!
