I originally got sent a box and it took 3 weeks for shipping, and got delayed and misshipped with UPS, etc. When I got the brownies, they were a little dried out. But through the whole tracking process, I emailed back and forth with Zack, and he did tremendous job responding quick and was knowledgeable about the shipping timing. They sent me a new box with order protect and the brownies were amazing and just what I thought. So I appreciate the great, quick, knowledge customer service and the value they have for customers getting fresh products!!
