Disappointed with claimed manufacturing or shipping delays which slowed the delivery of the product. I appreciated the offer of the "free" tool tray, yet still cost additional taxes and shipping for your "free" product after you failed to meet delivery promises. It sure was nice to open up the box and see parts labeled "Proudly Made In The USA". Did not find one little gold sticker. That warmed my heart. (If you know what I mean) VYPER has it together ! The product is a little pricey BUT you do GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! GREAT company, GREAT service, GREAT product. MAAAYBE some day a loaded LOW PRO will be in my future!
