The only thing with my experience was my chair was ordered for a Christmas present and it did not arrive when it was promised. It did arrive before Christmas but we had already left to go out of town. However, Viper stepped up and initiated the contact to me on the delay and said this is not their style and they want to help out with including the tool tray at no charge. I have to say this was unexpected but was above and beyond to have done this and it was initiated by them not me.
