I love their fast shipping, but I hate they do not issue a refund whenever you need to send an item back, instead it's always a store credit. On top of that they charge you shipping fee if you need to return the item. You end up paying shipping costs twice if you need to return the item. I usually hesitate to order from this store because of this issue. It is an inconvenience.
