I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. I purchased a new sewing machine, which should have worked properly, but it has been faulty from the start. I have spent a lot of time trying to find out what went wrong and arranging for it to be checked.
To make things worse, the collection for repair did not take place as scheduled. I waited the entire day, even took time off work, yet no one showed up and I received no update. This has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time.
