The price was what attracted me to this company. However, the tracking updates on the link to their website never updated so it was not possible to tell when it was due or out for delivery and it seemed slower than expected. The dress form is good quality but there are no instructions for how to put it together. Although it is fairly obvious, this would have been helpful as there is one bit that was loose that I haven't worked out where it goes yet, so will have to review the photographs. Security on my phone won't let me access the website as it comes up as 'untrusted'. Overall, I'm not sure I would buy anything else from this company although I am happy (so far) with the item I purchased which has been built but not yet used.
