The return is taking a bit to give me approval and I disagree with the $30 restocking fee that will prevent people from wanting to try product products

So far sizing was not same as my usual shoes. I’ve unsuccessfully tried to get the return arranged.

Shipping is slow compared to other vendors.

package tracking only said "label printed" until the day of actual delivery. Delivery itself was reasonably timely.

Great communication from CEO from the time I placed the order, 2 prs arrived on time as promised!

Part of my order was not delivered. What was delivered took much longer than expected to be delivered.

Shipping took forever with no updates on when I might receive my package.

Poorest of the poor customer service experience.

The shoe fits and it has support where your feet need them.

Sometimes difficult to size a shoe without trying it on. Your exchange policy made it an easy process to get it right.

Return/exchange process very slow. Started process 25th July, so far no progress.

I placed the order, then when I received the shoes, they were both 3 sizes too large. It took me about 5 days to contact you to return them. It wasn’t easy. Then it’s taken about another month to receive them. I still have the other 2 pairs of shoes that are too large and I haven’t received a return label for those. They’re taking up space in my house and I would like to return them soon.

I like this company . The personal emails are a nice touch. I understand it’s a form email but it’s nicely written from the owner. Like that it’s a German Company and not US. I’m Canadian.

Thank you for the BOGO deal. That pushed me to try your brand even though I'd never heard of them so I was a bit skeptical:). I'm very thankful for finally finding a shoe that doesn't cause my feet to ache!

Size matters and these shoes, at least for me, are undersized. My feet measurements indicate that I should wear US size 11.5, so I ordered 12. It took what seemed like forever (ordered 6/26/26 - 7/8/26) and I never got a tracking number until they were delivered. They were too small.
