When you have giants like Amazon with prompt customer service, one expects a level of response from vendors, especially when product has a problem. I can only e-mail for return requests (no way to talk or chat with a human) - and responses take 48 hrs or more. There is no quick way to resolve a problem , return and receive a refund.
Unfortunately, immediately, when I received the product I was disappointed. The shoes are extremely light (no form), and don't offer support.
