There's a delay in tracking shipments to the US, as evidently they originate from a non-US site. The order arrived 11 days after placing the order. I requested return about a day after receiving the shoes. After going through the online return process, I found out there would be a $30 return fee and the return still needed to be approved. As of 4 days after requesting return, I have not heard from Cuurt.
