Customer service was responsive when I did my return request. No issues there. What i dislike is that they use high prices to try to position their shoes as high quality, when they feel cheaply made. These feel like $70 shoes per pair not $200 per pair. Taking this into consideration, the BOGO advertising angle is not a deal you should fall for. I hope that they improve their shoe quality to meet the demand for wide toe box tennis shoes but they require more progress and iterations.
