Once I received the shoes on the original order
I tried them on and they were too small - even though I ordered my size. Had to return them for a corrected size. Responses to my emails were very slow. Once I did receive a response
with the correct information then I was able to get a return label. Not really understanding why all the pictures that were required to get the return started. If that is your policy then so be it. With the new shoes being the correct size now I can try them out!

The shoes were extremely uncomfortable, and the return process has been just as frustrating. Even after returning the product, I’m still left wondering when—or if—I will get my money back.
The shoes were disappointing, but the way this company handles returns and refunds is even worse. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company.

I ordered two pair of muuv walking shoes. When they arrived they were too short in the toe even though I ordered my usual size as instructed. I wore one pair for a few minutes and realized I needed to exchange. I contacted customer support and they sent me an email asking for pictures of the shoes and some questions. I completed these actions and sent the email and that was five days ago. I haven’t heard back. I haven’t received instructions on how to either exchange or get my money back I am still waiting. I sent an email yesterday stating that I hadn’t heard back and please respond but still once again haven’t heard back. Not super impressed with the Customer Service on exchanges.
