The two-for-one deal made the shoes competitively priced to other shoes that I have purchased. Ordering was easy, and they arrived in a reasonable period of time.

The shoes came timely and the return process was good

I ordered two pair of muuv walking shoes. When they arrived they were too short in the toe even though I ordered my usual size as instructed. I wore one pair for a few minutes and realized I needed to exchange. I contacted customer support and they sent me an email asking for pictures of the shoes and some questions. I completed these actions and sent the email and that was five days ago. I haven’t heard back. I haven’t received instructions on how to either exchange or get my money back I am still waiting. I sent an email yesterday stating that I hadn’t heard back and please respond but still once again haven’t heard back. Not super impressed with the Customer Service on exchanges.

Having to re-explain multiple times why I'm not happy with the shoes, take 3 photos of each pair, and then wait for responses is NOT an easy returns process. Paying return shipping is also not competitive with other sellers of athletic shoes like Tennis Express, Amazon and others. Your product may eventually be great, but your logistics is not ready for prime time.

Everything else was great. The shipping takes a while, but I expected it because you let me know that it’s gonna take a while.

I understand the requirements of overseas manufacturing and shipping, but the wait time for delivery was way too much.

Very professional. The shipping took longer than expected but I was not in a rush so did not affect me.

I was kept informed of the shipping delivery date and the process. I got wonderful emails from David, Founder of CUURT, explaining how to adjust to the shoes and what to expect. I loved that the website clearly explained how to do a return if necessary. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Despite the shoes coming from Germany, the delivery time was prompt. The email communications from Cuurt helped me have confidence that my shoes would arrive as quickly as possible.

It’s been 26 days since I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. So far I only received one pair.

Customer service and shipping were fine. Shoes just really mid.

Simple and easy transaction.

Cuurt had great customer service, my shipping address was incorrect and they helped me correct the address. They always responded to my emails within a few hours and kept me posted on where my shoes are.

I requested for a return and you charging me $30 for processing fee and I don’t even know if I have the qr provided to ship back or I have to pay for my shipping fees. It said under review that I don’t know yet. No good policy.
