I think the meat is of great quality. Shipment took 7 days because of weather but was still cool to the touch. Only issues that kept it from 5 stars was one pack of ground beef was not sealed due to about a 1/2 inch slit in package. The brisket was still cool to the touch but the shrink wrap was loose and after putting in the freezer it has a little freezer crystals formed on the point. Will be smoking it soon so I have my fingers crossed that it will be okay. The marbling looks great though.
