Oh my goodness, let's talk tender! Melt in your mouth, and the flavor was the best I have had in a long time. I am a believer in 44 Farms.

Ordered steaks for my son and daughter-in-law and my son fixed the ribeye tonight and said it was delicious. This is the second time I have ordered from 44 farms.

What a great experience. Very easy to order with fast shipping. Arrived well packed and still frozen. The quality of the meat was outstanding. We ordered choice and it was better than our local bought prime. Will be ordering again.

The wife and i experienced 44 Farms steaks at my brother in law’s house in Katy. We loved them so much we’re now subscribing to a bundle every three months and having them shipped to New York! By FAR the best!!!

There’s beef ribs and then there’s 44 beef ribs. They were super tender.. and the flavor was amazing. Not gamey at all. And I got one rack that was over 5 lbs. Very satisfied with my purchase.

We do family cookouts at a fire pit on our farm every so often and I ordered these Tomahawks to go with the Bone in Cowboy Ribeyes from a previous order...it takes this much steak to feed our family of 20! Dry Aged is the real deal for sure, plus beef quality is second to none. Open fire cooking, 44Farm Steaks, Family, great weather...the last picture proves the results!!!

Oven cooked the short ribs. Have been looking for Dino ribs. Was excited to be able to order the short ribs. Took them out of the package and they looked nice and clean and well handled from the ranch. Came out tender and tasty. Thank you. Keep up the great work

Amazing Mother’s Day dinner!! Smoked it on the Green Egg to a perfect medium rare. The best, most tender prime rib I have ever had. Family and especially the Mothers loved every bite. Will definitely order again.

The brisket was delicious. We did decide that it should have probably been trimmed it a little more than it came, as it was a tad greasy but it's a learning curve I guess. It was my daughter's first time smoking a full brisket in her new Traeger 34, so she was nervous. The brisket was excellent and we will order from you again. Thank you

I have been purchasing from 44 Farms for several years now. I've purchased their beef and steak grilling bundles, great quality, great taste. Also great customer service. But... my favorite, is their BEEF RIBS! I make them on my pellet smoker.

Always top notch steaks, the Porterhouse and Tomahawk being my current fav's. Deliver is always on time, frozen in dry ice, never 1/2 thawed, etc. I've yet to find any online company that tops these folks! Keep it going 44Farms!

I bought a 44 Farms brisket. It was of excellent quality and trimmed. I smoked on my Lonestar Grillz split-barrel smoker. Needless to say, it was a hit! I’ll be back for another! Regards, George

Great steaks! Marindaded them in the fajita rub and coffee. Then on the blackstone with some zucchinis and after pulling the steaks off used the dripping to sautee with bell peppers and onions for a great fajita night that was to remember.

So we smoked this for 14 to 15 hours, got a nice smoke ring and was very tender. I only had to trim it a little bit. It was pre-trimmed but I still took some off and rounded it off. Had a nice smoke ring to it. It took a total time of 17 hours to finally finish.

The marbeling was great. Brisket came out fantastic. Smoked over night at 225, wrapped in butcher paper at 170 with tallow, and then pulled when probed tender at around 204. Rested in cooler for 3 hours. Used holy cow and Texas sugar rub by meat church.

Bone In Ribeye from 44 Farms - grilled on the Big Green Egg at 425 F. 12 minutes total time with a perfect medium rare. Fantastic flavor and perfect grill marks. Paired with Mushrooms, Asparagus and roasted cheese potatoes.

Been buying these for a while now and I’ve never doubted the quality and care. I made the mistake and picked the wrong delivery date for the week after I needed it. One email sent asking if they could send it out the next day instead of next week. Prompt return email from 44 Farms with the shipping info and tracking number. Couldn’t ask for better quality and service. Proofs in the pudding so they say!

This is the best ground beef for smash burgers! I make them at home all the time and people are always asking why their burgers never taste as good, well I tell them the beef is where it starts at! I refuse to use any other ground beef for my burgers A+ quality, lightning shipment and processing! Dont forget that black garlic salt to season those smash burgers, they are a game changer!

Sorry, didn't get to take pictures of the of the ribs, but they were so juicy and tender. I smoked them and got a little drunk so I didn't take any pictures but everybody loved them. We'll be ordering these again for sure. I can't find these in California with these knuckleheads out here, but everybody love them so thank you.

I gifted two rib plates and two NY Strip steaks to a very good friend who was moving back into his house after an extensive renovation. He smoked the ribs this past weekend and sent me the following message: "I'm not just saying this because you gifted the meat to me. In 14 years of smoking meats, that was the best thing I've ever cooked on my smoker. Hands down."

We eat these skirt steaks almost weekly! You may wonder about those small morsels on the griddle, but don’t fear. Our dogs get to share with us! We love 44 Farms!

The plate ribs were delicious. I slow cooked them on the smoker for 7 hours till the internal temperature was 204°. The meat melted in my mouth. I will definitely buy them again.

Smells amazing and fat is rendering perfectly. Not much of a fat cap which I like because beef ribs have plenty of intramuscular fat already. I thought they'd be kinda small but when I took it out of the wrapper I was surprised at how big they were. Excellent experience so far. Definitely gonna be eating good tonight!

I've purchased these a number of times and they are amazing. My friend Jeff Kemps lives close to you. He sent these ribs as a gift. I followed his recommend method of cooking and I was blown away. I failed at previous attempts to cook beef ribs. These are now a favorite of mine. Everyone in my circle of friends rave about them. I truly appreciate the quality!! You make me look good!!

When you buy a tomahawk steak, you wonder if it will be worth the money. You wonder if you'll be able to tell the difference in quality. The answer is yes, you definitely can! The meat was amazing! I found out about 44 Farms through some of the cooking videos I watch, especially Meat Church. These guys treated me right, and sent me 4 beautiful steaks with free 2 day shipping... they even allowed me to pick the specific date to have them delivered! It was a great experience, highly recommended.

First time having 3-bone plate ribs and they cooked up amazing. The shipping from 44Farms was super quick. Shout out to Matt Pittman for introducing me to this beef farm. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

So full of extraordinary flavor and easy to slow cook add veggies and done to perfection. So tender, It literally fell apart! A great value and I already ordered more to have on hand.

We had a freezer go out so we had to cook this right away since it was too big to fit anywhere. It was SOOOOO good. Love the selection and how everything melts in your mouth.

Ultimately, I'm not ready to leave a review. But, this here is day 6 of 7 brining days (done with brine tomorrow). Next is 5/7 hours smoking then 48 hours of sous vide. I'll keep you posted.

Hands down best short ribs I’ve ever smoked just one per person is plenty I will definitely be buying more of these on a regular bases most definitely recommend if your on the fence don’t be you won’t be sorry

Cooked with Meat Church Holy Cow and Gospel to 203 overnight, wrapped at 173 in butcher paper. Heat 225~250 My best brisket to date, even against a competitor’s Waygu Gold!

I hosted friends over for a dinner party and they absolutely LOVED the tomahawks! People kept asking me where I was able to source such a wonderful cut of meat!

very good, this was my first time ever smoking and eating beef ribs, i used the dripping, bones and fat after i was done smoking them to make a stock, that im going to use to make chili with, will be ordering them again.

This was our first time using The Smash Burger bundle. The seasoning was on point and we look forward to using the press again! It’s a good bundle to experiment with! The hamburger meat was wonderful.

Absolutely the best ribs came out fabulous I used the meat church rub that came with my smashed burger kit which was also fabulous great chop meat .am putting together additional orders for this weekend
