I ordered 24 pounds of 44 Farms Black Angus ground beef. It came frozen, packed in a styrofoam box, ready for our freezer.
We've made hamburger stew, goulash, and of course hamburgers. The texture of this beef is amazing. When compared to super market meat, this beef wins hands down. I always cook beef on cast iron because cast iron brings out all those wonderful flavors.
I plan to purchase other beef products from 44 Farms in the future.
