You did better with the almond flour than I did. All products that I ordered were gritty, but not as bad as when I tried to cook with almond flour. I'd like something that has a flour-like consistency (but isn't flour). I would like to visit your bakery when I visit Biloxi this year. Your macadamia nut cookies lack vanilla flavoring, whereas your lemon blueberry has too much lemon flavoring. Your banana bread needs walnuts and maybe a pinch of cinnamon. Overall, an excellent attempt.
