Great to have choices again! Bit pricey, but nice that everything is shelf-stable for a few weeks, can be frozen, etc. The plastic packaging is weak, but the paper is more than sufficient to protect the items. NOT sure about freezing, though... debating containers to do the job. I have at least 3 loaves and 2 sets of cookies, so...some will need to be frozen. One cake is unrefrigerated, the rest are in the fridge. So far, so great!
