The AJ store gets my order out incredibly fast, sometimes it arrives much earlier than expected....

Everything was great, loved the products. We subscribe to some of the products and they come in regularly. We have never run out of product.

I also wanted methelin blue and red in caps. Somehow I got a monthly refill for colostrum and turmeric. I don’t want refills

Shopping was a little tough. I had to call to be able to use my points and metheline products had to be put on a separate order . Probably not your fault . Phone help- was good

the order flow by default added my order to the auto shop monthly order. you have to hunt to make a one-time purchase. I was very surprised to get another bottle in the mail. I'll never use this store again.

The only drawback is I haven't found A way to use my monthly 40 on auto ships.

Whoever set up the website knew what they were doing. Smooth and easy experience, all the info you could want on the products, special deals all the time, excellent quality of the products, an all around good experience.

The VIP and credit system, along with the restrictions on what deals you can and cannot use them on, seems like a bit of bad faith on the part of the store, and by extension, AJ himself. Additionally, the “redeem credits” system is simply ridiculous. You should be able to apply any credits you want at the time of checkout. Speaking of the checkout process, and I believe this is intentional, I’ve accidentally completed purchases multiple times before I was fully ready. The old store was better.

The products just don't stand up to the enormous amount of time and hype they are given. They are ok but not much better than any others, sorry, just honest. Methylin Blue does absolutely nothing.

To be honest, it is a little confusing. I ordered in the time frame to get the 1776 hat and did not get it. Since have been sent percent off certain things and I click on the link and it does not work.
