Once you get used to never being able to speak with anyone over the phone if you have questions, then you can instead write emails and be patient to get an answer. Some of the parts in their lineup are a bit hard to understand how they will work with their other parts. This might cause some wrong orders to be placed for items that may not work the way you expected to solve your needs.
