First, my TerraCycle Idler is sold by the “T-Cycle” business - don’t call the TerraCycle Recycling business in NJ. No phone number at T-Cycle to discuss replacements, from what I can tell. Specs are pretty clear, with a helpful write-up here and there. Prices are up there, but at least they are still in business and have stock - ‘bents aren’t exactly ubiquitous. Ordering online was easy. Shipping took longer than expected - CA to east coast?
