I was quite disappointed with my experience. Even though my order was of very low value, I was unexpectedly required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery. This was never mentioned or clearly communicated beforehand, which I find unacceptable.
Transparency is extremely important, especially when it comes to extra charges. Had I known about these fees in advance, I might have reconsidered placing the order. Being asked to pay more at the doorstep without prior notice was not cool.
