Once you get used to never being able to speak with anyone over the phone if you have questions, then you can instead write emails and be patient to get an answer. Some of the parts in their lineup are a bit hard to understand how they will work with their other parts. This might cause some wrong orders to be placed for items that may not work the way you expected to solve your needs.

Ordered online, shipped quickly, no issues

Website worked well. Item arrived promptly. I would have ordered new mounting brackets but they were shown as out of stock. Had to temporarily mount the bottom of the fairing to my existing TourEasy ZZipper brackets using zip ties.

They were very responsive to email after I received the incorrect T-Bar. The correct item was immediately sent to me with a return address label to send back the incorrect part.
