To begin with, the refund/return policy is quite disappointing. I ordered a size 10 sneaker, but the left shoe feels slightly tight, which is unexpected. What makes this more frustrating is that returning the product requires paying an additional β‚Ή200, which feels unreasonable in today’s e-commerce environment.
