The experience was terrible. I paid extra for a photo check which the design did not contact me personally but rather when I reached out with a question someone else said they'd send it to them. Then I found out they couldn't make changes I asked them to hold my pillow I was going to edit the picture they waited a couple of days then made it without even contacting me. I just had major surgery, they should have waited as I requested. Instead I'm stuck with a pillow I'm unhappy with
