My experience with this company was awful. I never received my order and it was “attempted” to be delivered by a delivery company I have never heard of but no delivery was ever attempted. When I told the company this, I got the runaround and sent the link for tracking my package but never a straight answer as to why my package wasn’t being delivered. Additionally, I requested a refund for my order due to never receiving my package and never received an answer from this company. Please beware when ordering from here, there’s no solid customer service and no offer of true resolution on their end. I had to dispute the charge with bank in order to finally get my refund and I firmly believe I would’ve never received a refund if I didn’t dispute the charge. Truly disappointing.

I think they just pocketed my money and didn’t ship my pillow. The Christmas gift for wife didn’t come after ordering around the first of December. I’d be shocked if it ever comes at this point.
