If I could rate you less than 1/5 stars I would. I have honestly seldom ever spoken with such a horrible, inhuman company. Your customer service team should definitely be in a different industry, but not one related to welcoming babies, you don’t deserve the privilege. I’m waiting to recover from post-partum difficulties to write a full, scathing review. Your company is such crap that your customer service team refuses to escalate my issue to a manager over $20. That’s how pathetic you are.
