My hats turned out nice, however, customer service was horrible, and overall delivery of the product was abysmal. I approved my artwork within a day of it being sent to me, from there it took 7 weeks of production without anyone letting me know what was going on or why it was double the standard production time. Once I contacted Lids to find out what was going on, no explanation or resolve was given, I was just told that I would be informed when my item was shipped. My intentions were to make a small order to see what product I was going to get from the company and then order a larger order once received. With the delay in receiving my order I would not receive the items in time for my fundraiser, something that could have been done if delivered according to the turn around times stated on their website. At this point I have no intention of continuing to utilize this company for my future embroidery needs.
