Ordering was easy! Once I approved the design, it was just a week to receive my order! Our Team will be wearing these hats at the track, they are good quality, the embroidery is great and the hats fit perfectly. Will order more again!

The Team at Lids on Demand are outstanding! They are a small family owned business who put care into what they do vs just pushing out a product. I’ve purchased over 300 hats from them and I’d highly recommend LOD to anyone looking for stylish custom made hats.

Order process was very easy. Took a picture of a logo and made it look good on the hats. Approval process was thorough and very communicative with quick response time. The hats came out just as we had hoped if not better and the price was amazing! Bought 6 hats previously from another company that sent lower quality hats with transfers (not embroidered) for the same price as the 12 I got here!!!

Took longer than I expected, but the hats are super high quality. Nice embroidery and the logo looks fantastic. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend and will order again.

It took me some time to find a good hat company as I am very picky about my hats. These hats turned out amazing! They're embroidered they fit great. They shipped them in a box so they wouldnt get smashed highly recommend lids on demand. I will definitely be ordering more as needed

These are great quality, love how the stitching and colors look with our logo. Staff is happy with how breathable these caps are, especially when working the kitchen. It took a while to get and I had to go back and forth with communication a few times (having patience recommended), but all things considered it was worth it and i definitely recommend and will order more in the future.

Love how it turned out only thing i wish is when the logo came out to approve it would have showed how dark it was because i would have changed a color to make it more visible from far away. But up close it look great.

Real happy with the 12 hats that we ordered and received. We received the proof to approve right away, I checked in on the order and they told me they were in production and shipped on time per their lead time. We will definitely order from Lids On Demand again!

The only thing was the box was damaged and no plastic sleeve like usual. There was no damage. But kind of like a hat to be fresh and new without a sleeve on them. Felt like they were open to the elements. Just because the mail had damaged the box with a hole. The product is nice and the fit is good as usual. Would order again and will.
