A couple of steps during the process are kid of confusing. Once you complete the order I found it was difficult to view the order. Also, when shipping confirmation of my order was sent it only showed me the hat with no logo. also, I thought oh no, and then thought oh well I just wait. Well obviously, I received hats with my logo. Overall it wasn't bad.
