The communication was horrible. I went through Shopify and purchased this. No one had a phone number. I could talk to and had a heck of a time even getting communication. It took a long time to get my proof and then when I did get it and approve it it took an additional amount of time to get me the product. I probably will stay local with my next order.

While the hat quality is decent, the embroidery did not match the appearance I was expecting. I anticipated raised, bold lettering, but the embroidery came out very flat. Communication and delivery time could also be improved.”

Phone don’t work and no communication

Quality was great. Took a lot longer to receive than id hoped for. Took about a month once ordered. But still great quality

Easy to use website and when I messed up on my second order, I got great customer service that quickly fixed my mistakes. I'd highly recommend using Lids on Demand to anyone on the fence about going ahead and making an order.

Only complaint is the lead time but they do tell you up front.

I was told I would get my hats “ no problem” for a particular date when I needed them but they arrived on that date, after the event. Not absolutely critical, but it would have been nice if it worked out better n my favor.

I do recall some positive customer service assistance early on, but that was so long ago, it pales in comparison to the total experience. Also, look at the box we received. You have to be kidding me.

Ordering was quick and easy. Had my hats in about 4 weeks.
