Item was on backorder took a little time to arrive so I reached out to customer support and they got back to me right away telling me that the item was backordered. I should have noticed on the website that it was back ordered, but I didn’t so that’s my fault.

Shipping took more than expected. Had major issues trying to communicate with a company representative. Eventually my shipment came in and the hardware that came with it was cheap and the lock nuts and bolts that came with it either kept biding or the lock nuts would leave the silicon layer behind and they where threaded on . Had to use new hard wear of a different brand . Very dissatisfied.

Overall, it was good. I didn't like the length of time from ordering to the delivery date , it seemed a bit lengthy. I am happy with the product though and the discount.

Easy to order, ordered both the 270 canopy and side walls, the 270 canopy came with in a few weeks, but the side wall took a little longer like 4 weeks.

Professional company to work with, and not like the big corporations that don’t care about their consumers. These guys and gals are off-roading folks just like their customers. Love to see it.

I was sent the incorrect mounting side awning and the end cap came with a 1 inch tear in it

Easy to order and it didn't take long to arrive.

Openroad is a solid company. Thus far of the 5 products I have purchased my only beef is the lack of mounting hardware and molle compatible mounts for some of the equipment. Other than that I am very pleased with all my openroad products.

Apparently my order got over looked and after three weeks of being patient I emailed and got a response that it would be looked into.

If you were easier to get ahold of, it would have been a near perfect experience. Get that taken care of and you have a company that will do great for a long time.

Poor installation instructions!! product shipping box was damaged and product has some surface scratches. I see now having now read more of the reviews this is beyond just a few incidental oopsies

Worse customer services I received damaged packages we 4 damaged parts, they take days to answer emails we no solutions and there 800 number out services.

If I had any questions they were quick to answer them for me.
