Customer service is horrible. No way to call them. You have to send them Facebook messages or e mails and it takes them a long time to reply. Shipping updates are non existent and if they do provide an update it is incorrect. They will tell you your item
Is shipping next day and then a week later tell you it is out of stock. I haven’t receive my tent a month after ordering it and not sure I ever will.
