I was very disappointed upon opening the box and finding four thawed packages and three semi thawed ones. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the box but there was no ice, dry or otherwise, in it. The box was left on my front steps and I only saw it by chance around 8:40pm. I was shocked that the driver/delivery person did not ring the bell but instead just left a box of very expensive perishable food unattended. I have no idea what time it was dropped there, but we were home all day, so if
