Took a long time to deliver, showed up defective still no replacement. When I tried to identify issue, no customer service or reasonable chat function to deal with/trouble shoot. You get an email after 24 hours or so asking for more details, then wait another 24 hours. They claim to be sending a replacement but again have to initiate contact and wait 24 hours or so for a reply. No replacement en route according to tracking system after almost a month since purchase
