Very good experience. One note: The chair that comes with the sauna pod is too low and is uncomfortable. I purchased an unfinished wooden counter chair (24” seat height) and that was a game changer for comfort and to be positioned in the heat that rises to the top third of the sauna pod.

The full refund is misleading since it is void once the unit has been taken out of its original packaging and set up. However how are you to know if the unit works as marketed if you don't set it up? I would have returned it had I known that it does not reach the 185ºF but at this point I cannot.
