When my box came, it was pretty damaged. It looked like it had been sitting in water. The stains wiped off pretty easy and look to be OK. Just want to inform you guys that. The chair was also damaged. But you guys sent one. I still haven’t received it, but it’s on its way. I’m happy with the product there just seems to be some quality control issues with the shipping department I believe.

The Pod customer service is amazing. They answered emails and calls immediately, in the most welcoming and informed way. I thought I might need a replacement part and without question, they had it in the mail the same day. And any setup questions were answered 110% I highly recommend the Pod 2.0 to support endurance training, and their support team as well!

Overall, the sauna pod provides a decent sweat for the price when it’s working, but I have serious concerns about the company’s marketing and product clarity. The limited “batch release” messaging creates unnecessary pressure to buy quickly. The product images and descriptions between the standard and Pro pod were not clearly differentiated, which led me to order the wrong size and pay significant return and reshipping costs to correct it.
