The sauna does not get as hot as advertised. I have let it warm up for 15 to 20 minutes at a time at max heat and even without opening the door or window in my spare room with no airflow and never gets past 160° a load of BS if you asked me, especially for how expensive this is.

Ordered the pod 2.0 set it up used it four days and the fan on the heater blew apart. Talk to customer service they sent me a picture of a new one but a week later they still haven't shipped it out. I feel like if you have a new you with bad parts the replacement should be at least shipped ASAP!! Not whenever they decide to send it. Very disappointed with that the pod itself isn't bad seemed great but hardly used it!

The return policy is not great. I was not thrilled with the Sauna Pod’s performance but I cannot return something in used condition. The pod itself does not get up to a high enough temperature to be useful. The air doesn’t circulate well either so the temperature variance at different altitudes is huge: the top will heat up to 150°, the bottom stays at room temperature.
